We have three business units:-

 

1.     Advisory services

We advise a wide range of corporate and financial clients on opportunities and liabilities in emerging environmental markets. Our particular focus is on the commerce and regulation of climate change.

 

Our work can be summarised as:

 

·         Compliance advisory - we have advised corporate clients on how best to manage their compliance liabilities.

·         Fund advisory – we have advised funds on how to access opportunities in the global carbon markets.

 

 

2.  CO₂ credit procurement & emissions trading

We procure GHG emissions reduction credits from CDM and JI projects for our clients and on our own account.

 

We have organised the procurement and account management of UK CO₂ allowances for our UK compliance clients.

 

 

3.     Development services

We develop clean energy projects in the UK, with a particular focus on the bio-energy sector.

 

We work with clean energy project developers overseas to develop and monetise their carbon assets.
